We live in a convenient store, fast food society.

Cutting up your fruits and vegetables in advance will make it easier for you to have quick things that are nutritious and hydrating to your body and your cells. It's all about the prep chop chop!

Renee's Delicious Plant-Based Bean Burger!

1 can drained black beans Mash

1 cup of precooked eggplant

1 cup of portabella mushrooms and Vidalia onions sautéed

2 cloves of raw garlic

1/2 cup of almond flour

1/2 cup of gluten-free oats

1/4 cup of ground flaxseed

1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

1 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt

1/4 cup avocado oil

Sauté all of your vegetables until they're brown and caramelized and allow them to cool.

Combine seasoning mashed refried beans and all of the vegetables as well as the oil and all dry ingredients. Place them into circular patties on a piece of parchment paper.

Allowed your patties to chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before cooking them in a very warm skillet lightly oil skillet.

A good tip is to pre rap some of the extra patties for later and places them in the freezer. This recipe makes about 10 thin patties or 5 thick patties.

Add your favorite toppings and use your favorite bread toast the bread also it makes it more like a restaurant Burger. And Bon Appetite!
